Standing among the giants at the 2025 GPHG in Geneva was a huge honor for Alcadus. It was validation that even a small, independent brand can compete on the world stage.
The Voyager Worldtimer GMT is designed for the modern adventurer, featuring a sleek 39mm 316L stainless steel case that balances presence with wearability. With a 45.5mm lug-to-lug length and a thickness of 12.5mm, it strikes the perfect balance between elegance and practicality.
The case sides feature a vertical brushed finish, while the lugs are adorned with a circular brushed texture, creating a harmonious contrast. A polished tapered chamfer along the lug shoulder enhances the watch’s sophistication, adding an extra level of detail to its classic, timeless design
The dial is adorned with custom polished applied indices and faceted handsets, ensuring legibility and an elevated aesthetic. Pops of yellow on the GMT hand and seconds hand add a dynamic touch, subtly evoking the spirit of exploration.
The watch incorporates a 24-hour GMT rehaut/chapter ring for tracking a second time zone, complemented by a black minutes track with yellow accents on a white background, providing clear functionality with a bold design flair.
Lustrous Lacquered Dial
A lacquered dial is a sophisticated and visually captivating feature in watchmaking, offering a high-gloss finish that resembles the appearance of enamel dials.
To produce a lacquered dial, several thin layers of lacquer (or enamel paint) are spray-painted evenly onto a brass base dial and then fired in a kiln.
Once the firing is complete, each dial undergoes a stringent quality control process. Any dial with imperfections, such as uneven surfaces or blemishes, is discarded to maintain the highest standard.
The final step involves hand-polishing each dial until the dial looks like liquid ink with a mirror-like depth.

A hallmark of distinction across all ALCADUS models, the Voyager Worldtimer GMT proudly boasts box-shaped crystals that extend beyond the case edge.
Moreover, our sapphire crystal undergoes a meticulous process, receiving 5 layers of Anti-Reflective coating on its inner side to enhance clarity and legibility. This thoughtful treatment ensures optimal visibility without compromising its integrity, as applying the coating to both sides can risk scratching.
The finely knurled bezel, coupled with ceramic and stainless steel bezel inserts, adds a tactile and visually striking element. Moreover, your Voyager Worldtimer GMT is fortified with a high-tech scratch-resistant coating, boasting a remarkable hardness of 800 HV—four times that of uncoated stainless steel. This ensures enduring wear, allowing you to enjoy your timepiece for years to come.
Bi-Directional Worldtime Bezel
The Voyager Worldtimer GMT features a meticulously crafted bi-directional bezel engraved with 24 cities, each representing a different time zone. Daylight saving time is also accounted for, with a helpful arrow next to the city to indicate the adjustment.
The bezel combines two distinct materials – the outer city ring is crafted from scratch-resistant ceramic, engraved with precision and filled with Super-LumiNova for glowing readability in low light. The inner city ring is engraved on stainless steel, adding contrast to the design.
At the Kuala Lumpur location, where Alcadus Watches is proudly based, the lume pip marks the city’s position on the bezel, offering both a functional and symbolic feature for the wearer.
On-the-fly Adjustable Clasp
The impeccably crafted flat-link bracelet boasts a seamless blend of sophistication and functionality. Its solid-end links and quick-release spring bar facilitate effortless strap changes, ensuring a hassle-free experience.
With a gradual taper from 20mm to 16mm, the bracelet not only exudes a sleek aesthetic but also delivers excellent articulation and comfort. Miyota 9075 Movement - True GMT Precision
At the heart of the Voyager Worldtimer GMT lies the Miyota 9075 movement, a true GMT movement. Unlike traveler GMTs, which adjust only the hour hand for time zone changes, the Miyota 9075 allows independent adjustment of both the hour and GMT hands, offering full functionality for global time tracking.
This movement is carefully regulated in-house to an impressive accuracy of +/- 7 seconds per day, ensuring precise timekeeping for the discerning wearer.
To honor its GMT DNA, we’ve chosen a solid caseback featuring a deep, detailed engraving of the world map. It’s a tactile, robust finish that reinforces the watch’s identity as a companion for your journey across time zones – built to withstand the rigors of travel that an exhibition back might not.
